Parks and Gardens in Jersey


In addition to its other attractions, Jersey has several  public parks that are used by people who just wish to enjoy walking among the abundance of trees, flowers and shrubs as well as play areas for children. Two of its parks have won National awards, Les Jardins de la Mer and Coronation Park. St Helier also recently won the Britain in Bloom British Tourist Authority award.
 

Coronation Park

Coronation Park at Millbrook, offer something for everyone. Enjoy the wide array of plants and sit in the attractive Victorian shelter. It also has a well equipped and safe children's play area and a paddling pool.

Howard Davis Park

This is one of the island's most appealing public gardens, on the edge of St Helier. There are colourful trees and other plants throughout the year. There is also a band stand and a Second World War memorial cemetery 

Les Jardins de la Mer

These maritime gardens in St Helier with views across to Elizabeth Castle, also have a water maize which is lit up at night. There is a sculpture of swimmers and dolphins.
